Services Provided: Full service early childhood program preparing children for kindergarten; K-8 charter schools and out of school services at seven different locations; K-8 Youth Development program for vulnerable elementary and middle school students attending Stratford, Maplewood, and McGavock cluster schools. Specifically works with youth who are isolated by poverty, without access to expanded educational opportunities, reliable transportation, healthy food, and other basic necessities. Short-term goal to help youth improve key reading and math skills, strengthen healthy social-emotional behaviors, and discover gifts and talents.

Services Provided: Provides opportunity to learn new or refresh job skills, job readiness training as well as job placement services to mature adults who are 55 years old and older with barriers to employment trying to re-enter the job market. Trainees receive on the job training, basic computer skills, soft skills, and GED classes, if needed. Trainees receive a stipend while in training.

Requirements: 55 years old or older, unemployed, meet low income family guidelines.
