Requirements: The Lifeline Assistance program is available for only one wireless or wireline account per household. If you participate in a government aid program like Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Tribal TANF or Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit you are eligible for this program.
