Room In The Inn: Guest House
Coordinates with hospitals and other care providers to provide recuperative care, respite for medically fragile homeless individuals. The Recuperative Care Referral form found on the website must be filled out and emailed in.
Application: A medical provider must submit referral form (found online) while patient is still admitted to the hospital.

The Village at Glencliff
The mission of The Village at Glencliff is to provide a dignified, loving, and hospitable medical respite/ bridge housing community for our most vulnerable friends experiencing homelessness in Nashville in an effort to meet each individual’s most basic needs so that they are empowered to focus on healing and permanent supportive housing. Medication Access Program
For patients without insurance or making <75K annually, VUMC can fill up to 30 days of all of your prescription medications via Medication Access Program (MAP) Grant. This can be extended for up to 6 months, with approval dependent on income. Email Patient Assistance Program: pharmPAP@vumc.org for specific questions on medications and copays. Rx must be written by Vanderbilt provider. Does NOT cover infusions
